Why did I ever stop taking this?
I used Touchwood mushrooms years ago and then stopped for a couple of years while I was busy travelling around Australia.
I'm home, back in the rat race, back to the grind and was feeling depleted. The immune system was taking a hit and the brain fog was strong.
I ordered the 7 blend and almost immediately felt the fog clear! I've also managed to miss every bug by daycare toddler has brought home this winter.
