At first I was putting it in my coffee as suggested and saw no effect to my asthma. After using almost all of the bottle, with no relief, I decided to put the drops under my tongue and amazingly, my asthma just went away. Prior to this, I was suffering very badly and would get winded just going up a few steps. I would need to use my inhaler about 6 times a day. This morning, I put it under my tongue and I just cannot believe it… I have not needed my inhaler once!

Lion's Mane Alcohol Free Mushroom Liquid

I purchased Touchwood Mushrooms -Tiger Milk (alcohol free) The quality and taste is lovely with a slight sweetness. I put mine in my morning coffee every morning when it's just at the end. I have been amazed at how it has calmed my asthma and swelling in lungs down. I still take my medications but feel this has helped immensely since taking it. I'm not grabbing my Ventolin all the time. Somedays I have gone all day without Ventolin. Breathing is better and my immunity is far better than it was. I will be re-purchasing when this is running low. This is definitely apart of my daily routine from now on.
