I haven't noticed any cognitive improvements with the lions mane and that could be attributed to the type of extraction, however I noticed a significant improvement in my moods and gut health and these are part of my everyday wellness routine. I take 7 blend and Lions mane in coffee alternate days, need no alcohol for work, brain health food. Can't cook that many or these kinds of mushrooms. Have changed to powder to sprinkle on everything for a bit. Will try other products in future. Very happy being shroomed.
