I started taking Tiger milk mushroom to try to resolve ongoing congestion and tightness in my upper chest, with great results.
I think what surprised me most was how quickly my lungs responded. Within 24 hours of my first 100 mL, I had a dry cough. Within two days, I was sneezing a lot. By day four, I had a serious cough that lasted about 2 weeks. I’ve been taking 100 mL a day for three months now, and it certainly cleared out my lungs. I’ve noticed I haven’t had any sinus problems since I started this routine, which is another big plus.
The outcome was certainly better than expected, and I will absolutely continue taking it. I’m going to stop taking any immune boosters or cough medicines I would normally use for colds or flu and just increase my dose of Tiger milk, which I have no doubt will be far more effective than anything else I’ve used. Very effective as a sleeping aid. I take it before bed and it has greatly improved the quality of my sleep. Although I do not sleep for longer, I feel much more rested upon waking. Will highly recommend to give it a try.

It’s still to early if what a have purchased is working, but I am noticing I have less stiffness in the morning when I wake up . Will definitely stay on this track for a while longer given Ive only been on it for about a month now .
