Because we use so much fruit body to create a premium mushroom powder, our recommended dosage is often much less than similar products on the market.

Recommended use: Just half a level teaspoon per serve. Can be taken at any time of the day, mixed into a hot or cold drink or added to a soup or other favourite recipe.
