Excellent product. Have been using a couple months now and have noticed quite big differnces in the way im feeling day to day. Also giving to 12 yr old dog , she was on turkey with great beneifts. I ran out of that so started sharing mine with her and will be keeping her on it .

I will be honest - i was pretty skeptical about trying 7 mushroom blend at first. I wasn't sure if I would see any benefits of using it. However, I have genuinely noticed a difference. The biggest change for me is the brain fog, has pretty much gone,I feel more mental clarity and focused throughout the day. I just add two drops into my morning coffee, and thats it. What's surprising is I've naturally cut down from three coffees a day to just one - Working in a fast-paced management role, I notice i no longer feel the need to reach out for a 3pm pick-me up coffee, i feel steady and balanced all day long!.. I've actually signed up for a subscription now so I don't run out - which says a lot, considering how skeptical i was at the start!
