I use this daily in a smoothie and my memory and word recall is back to normal. When I miss it for a few days the difference is very noticeable. Recommended.

Too early to tell how much positive effect the extracts have had on health
I have a very stressful life full of competing stressors both at work and at home. So it's hard to say how good an effect the mushrooms have had. I got the Alcohol free versions this time which I do find very sweet. Breathing has improved on the Tiger milk. I thoghtbthecAlcohol ones had more of an effect so I will get those next time. Love that you added the Tigers milk.

At first I was putting it in my coffee as suggested and saw no effect to my asthma. After using almost all of the bottle, with no relief, I decided to put the drops under my tongue and amazingly, my asthma just went away. Prior to this, I was suffering very badly and would get winded just going up a few steps. I would need to use my inhaler about 6 times a day. This morning, I put it under my tongue and I just cannot believe it… I have not needed my inhaler once!
